Common fixes

App shows agents as offline or "Unreachable".

1. On your Mac, open Terminal and run:

launchctl kickstart -k gui/$(id -u)/app.tetherclaw.bridge

2. Wait 10 seconds, then pull to refresh in the app.

Still disconnected? Re-run your install command from the Dashboard — it's safe to run again and will update your bridge scripts.

App shows agents but they don't reply to messages.

1. Check OpenClaw is running:

openclaw gateway status

2. If it's stopped, restart it:

openclaw gateway restart

Ran the install command but no agents are appearing.

1. Make sure OpenClaw is running: openclaw gateway status

2. Confirm your install command used the API key from your Dashboard.

3. Check the bridge log for errors:

tail -20 ~/.tetherclaw/bridge.log
